Terms & Conditions

  1. Overview The HITS Rewards Program (the “Program”) is a free-to-enter, viewer engagement initiative organized by ABC across its TV networks. Each day, viewers will be invited to guess a ‘mystery word’ from a set of three (3) multiple-choice options presented during the TV broadcast or on the associated digital platform. A clue or hint will accompany the options to help viewers deduce the correct answer. Participants earn HITS Rewards Coins and may be eligible for daily and monthly prizes.
  2. Eligibility The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years and above residing in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, and the Maldives and any other territories where our channels may become available.
  3. Acceptance of Terms By participating, each participant confirms they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, and represents and warrants they are an Eligible Participant.
  4. How to Participate To participate, viewers must visit the designated contest page or scan the QR code displayed on screen. Each day, a clue or hint will be presented, and participants must use it to guess the correct “mystery word” from three (3) multiple-choice options (A, B, or C). One entry per participant per day is allowed. Correct guesses earn additional HITS Rewards Coins.
  5. HITS Rewards Coins Participants will earn HITS Rewards Coins for each daily participation, with bonus coins awarded for correct answers. These coins accumulate over time and may be used to unlock monthly tiered rewards or prize draws. Coin balances and redemption options will be displayed within the digital portal associated with the Program. HITS Rewards Coins carry no value outside the Program. They cannot be traded, transferred or sold between participants. HITS Rewards Coins cannot be purchased with cash or exchanged for real currency.
  6. Game of Skill This Program is a game of skill. Each day’s mystery word challenge is designed to test viewers’ attention, recall, or reasoning based on a clue provided with the multiple-choice options. The outcome is not determined by chance, but by the participant’s ability to deduce the correct answer using the clue and contextual knowledge.
  7. Prizes Daily prizes such as vouchers or rewards may be awarded to selected participants who correctly guess the mystery word. Additional prizes may be awarded based on accumulated coin totals at the end of each month. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. ABC reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of similar value.
  8. Prize Availability by Territory Prizes, vouchers, and brand-sponsored rewards may be available only in select territories, based on the availability and coverage of our partner merchants and delivery services. Participants located in regions where a specific reward cannot be fulfilled will not be eligible for that prize, even if our channels are available in their country.
  9. Winner Selection & Notification Winners be selected based on system verification of correct guesses and/or accumulated coins as well as territories where prizes are available. Winners will be contacted via the contact information provided during entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) working days, the prize may be forfeited.
  10. Disqualification ABC reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the Program mechanics, using multiple identities, automated entries, or breaching these Terms & Conditions.
  11. Personal Data & Privacy By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes of administering the Program, verifying eligibility, awarding prizes, and for future marketing communication, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
  12. Taxes All taxes, levies, or duties arising from the awarding of the prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner, where applicable.
  13. Liability ABC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants or third parties arising from or in connection with the Program or the use of any prize awarded.
  14. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
